Referral List Rules, Regulations & Guidelines
1) Each person must check-in by phone, mail or in person at least once every 30 days to remain on the referral list.
2) Each person has the freedom to seek their own employment.
3) Each employer has the freedom to seek and hire their own employees.
4) The Local will make every possible effort to seek the employment
of each and every person on the referral list.
